I dont know how ya'll do it. I have been here for awhile and only 21 sales. Maybe my things are not up to par, I mean I do one of a kinds, maybe that's not where its at? I adjust my prices alot-I think I am too expensive Lol. Well anyone, "Q", "Q". I have determined I will host my own craft sell come spring and sell in person, I love being "crafty" and maybe I can do much better live. Hoping ya'll keep successful and happy!

Maybe get more marketing out there? Use all the internet platforms.. Facebook, TikTok & Instagram etc.. So for Facebook what I've done. I join so many classified groups in most of the States and just Drop your store link of an item and add a little inviting quote. Just like the comment under yours.. " Whatever you do, don't give up" good luck!

Remember that everyone wants a deal especially at this time of year. Get a logo from Canva soon.. you definitely want a logo in that blank square. Reset your sale every day. Rock bottom prices until you get sales and reviews. Simply Shawna on YouTube is who I follow and she is always on point. Free

Update:

I have just sold two items this week!! One of them was my handicraft and the other was someones else's purse, but hey I will take it!!

I hope I keep selling more than I used to!! Lol

Run sales every day, adjust your prices up by 150 % and then give a big discount back to what you really want to make for each listing. 24 hour 48 hour sales work really good, also run ads 2 dollars a day that will give you data on the listing that would usually take months to gather. Daily Sales make Daily Sales!

I have made 30 sales since opening my shop in 2022! It's mostly thanks to Etsy Ads! But I love this so much, y'all. I really want my shop to take off so I can make this more of a full-time gig... This is what my heart is in!!! I love being creative, I love the feeling I get knowing I created something that someone else is using in their everyday life to HELP them! I love it all. I just wish I could afford to put more into it so I could make more, ya know? But I'm a single mom working 40 hours a week with no vehicle. lol and Lyft is not cheap y'all!!! Brand Creators and Simply Shawna on YouTube. They helped me sooo much 70 sales 19 admirers 9 reviews only 100 days in. You want the best listing photos and remember you can answer questions with photos. The more the better. Your listings are kinda hard to figure out. Nice but really busy. Your looking good though.. keep it up.

October wasn't bad. I passed 900 sales. A vintage rug that had not been sold for a long time, although it was highly appreciated, was finally sold. Of course, it is a pleasure when my customer likes it and leaves a great review.

Hello everyone)

A little late but just wanted to share positive vibes, October was a great first month for us, we sold over 40 items I think with most sales 1-3 items. We used daily advertising and selected different budgets to try out and used our first month revenue to try out the ads to hope to get exposure. I hope everyone has a great November and December)

Simply Shawna on YouTube.. you must give the buyer a good reason to buy from you You are new so many people make think you are a scam. Until you earn your social proof you aren't going to make sales. You need to be competitive. Especially selling purses. No sale price? No Sale really is not that hard to figure out.. you must compete if you plan on any kind of success. Etsy is very competitive.. and you must be clever with your ads and sales. Listings need to be optimized. It is not a walk in the park.. 90 days in I'm on 59 sales.. and I'm running a sale right now.. 10 followers.. Etsy is promoting me on offsite ads.. so...

Try running a sale every 24hrs. Reset your sale every day. Adjust your price up and make your discount high like 75% off until you get sales and reviews. Thats what I am doing. Made 40 sales in 8 week in. Hope this helps.

Its not so much about running sales, honestly i get more sales when I don’t discount prices, the trick is ads, run a 1.00 add a day for 30 days on a single listing, then the next month do another listing, it will get you off the back pages as Etsy can then find the customers who want and will buy your items.

Exciting Etsy Journey Update!

Greetings Etsy community! I'm thrilled to share my 30-day journey on this incredible platform, and let me just say, I'm head over heels for Etsy! Starting from scratch, the progress has been fantastic:

Total Views: 633 Total Visits: 371 And the cherry on top: ️ ORDERS 7 Revenue: $277

I know my beginnings might seem modest to some, but I am genuinely stoked about the potential as I invest more time and energy into Etsy. The love for this platform is real! Run daily sales. Especially this time of year. If your not having a sale price on your products you are not going to make any sales. Too much competition for you to not run a sale every day. Reset it every 24 hours. Max discount 75% off. Take a loss on the first few until you get great reviews and then adjust your price to normal.. but never stop resetting your sale every 24hrs.

Run a sale every day. Reset it every 24 hours. 75% off. Get a family member or friend to purchase and leave some reviews. Customers won't buy from a new store unless you have rock bottom prices. Take a loss on your first 10 or 20 sales and raise your price to normal after your shop has 6 reviews.. sale every day is mandatory especially this time of year. Sales on until 1/1/24.

Run a daily sale of 75% off. Adjust your retail price up high enough so your 75% discount will huge but your profit will still be there. Reset sale every 24hrs so shoppers will see 24 hr countdown. Max discount.. lifetime discount for first 100 customers key holder codes. Simply Shawna on YouTube is who helps me. 40 sales in 8 weeks. You must be having a sale every day.

Don't click the link. According to your shop, you haven't made any sales yet. If you go into your shop manager, then orders & delivery, if you made a sale it will be there. You should have already added your bank details before opening a shop. The money automatically goes into your account, usually in 3-5 business days. Never give anyone your details.

I hit 30 sales at 6 weeks or so in. I have 173 listings 5 awesome reviews! Recently started a Pinterest page for traffic, slow motion so far but looks hopeful! oh yeah, 5 Stars so far! Good Luck to the newbies!

Seems like I wasn't the only one experiencing drops in Etsy sales this year
But even then, I'm so grateful for everyone's support and especially loyal customers who always come back when I drop new things!

Having a loyal customer base has been a milestone for me, I love connecting with customers and hope to meet more awesome people in the future !
