Wow after setting up my shop a couple of days ago, I listed a sweet bud vase yesterday and less than 24 hours later it sold - my first sale - so exited - Thank you Lynne for you purchase.

Hi, I am getting the hang of Etsy, and just cleared 20 sales. 20 hard earned sales through trials and tribulations - coupons and ads. I am hoping to pick up more steam without investing more in the ads and others that are pining me to subscribe to their sites to learn about marketing, etc. Love some feedback.

Apart from achieving 20 sales, recorded on my Etsy stats, I favourited some handmade mugs this weekend and they have sold. I think any sort of item that is morally good will sell on Etsy, you need a trusting shop name, a price, good photos and a liking of the item you sell, sometimes that takes product information, study and learning.

Due to a lack of business, I thought I would invest in other businesses, I bought 3 pairs of earrings one for myself from Lana's store, and I bought a Thank you card from the ParrotandPink. I now have 39 items at StudioAvai, highest amount for me this year.

You actually would have more sales. You need to work on your titles and tags. Etsy states you should have 13 two and three-word tags per item. Quite a few of your products don't have enough tags.

Your titles need work too. You should not start all of your titles with the same words like Bracelet. Also get rid of the : after each word. The first few words in the title are the most important.

Instead of Bracelet: Wooden Beads say Wooden Bead Bracelet.

I have been on etsy since 2014. But I only had 2 sales. I stopped the business for years and just relaunched on thanksgiving 2020. I hit 156 sales on etsy in 2 weeks, and 10 sales off of etsy!!! I am praying this momentum keeps going. Can anyone take a look at my shop and give any feedback!!

Great job everyone, it is inspiring to hear about your achievements

2020 was a difficult year for me as I do travel photography, but it gave me a lot of time to focus on my website, instagram (11k followers) and with Etsy I hope to reach a wider audience. I am happy I got 11 sales, after opening my shop one month ago!

Our first 9 months on Etsy have been nothing short than amazing. What started off as a bit of a hobby has become a full-time love affair. With over 1300 sales and repeat customers along with outstanding reviews it has been an incredible journey to date. With new objectives and products lined up for 2021 and our primary focus being on quality, value for money and always customer facing we hope to have a successful 2021 as 2020. After a year of procrastination and self-doubt, I finally opened my shop about a month ago! I'm really enjoying the process and it's been a refreshing contrast to my day job. I've realized how valuable creativity is in our lives. Although traffic and sales have been very minimal, I'm still hopeful and try to improve everyday. Things have gone a bit mad for me this month. Nowhere near as many sales as others, but I'm getting there and I've had some lovely reviews in December. So for the first time, I've had an announcement from Etsy congratulating me for 55 sales.

I sell other things, but candles are a passion of mine.

More or less the first year on etsy (first sale was december 2019 after christmas):

- Crossed the 400 Nov

- Crossed the 500 Dec

- Have to close the shop to stay "Kleinunternehmer" in Germany (Not allowed to cross 22k € sales) and really looking forward to take some time with the family and recap what happend, now!

Never thought that my shop would develop that great - inititaliy it was set up to save some tax on powertools but now I´m thinking about creating a company out of it
