It is an awesome milestone I feel gratefull for (and a little proud as well)!
I make handmade jewelry and I am also a traditional artist (from the Netherlands)
A sad sidenote is that since Trump changed the law concerning the tarifs, sales have stopped almost entirely.
If it goes on for a month or two longer.. I will have to close.
Most of my lovely customers were from the US.

·11 months agoI'm still working toward getting my 1000 sales. It's been kind of slow but it's okay. I know in sales there are good days and bad days, but all is good. We just keep plugging along and keep up the faith. Sales will come.

·11 months agoAfter a long-long pause, my store started to "breathe". I don't know what you did up there, but it seems people now see some real, original things in their searches, instead of mass-produced items. Hope this tendency keeps going on on the same path. Overall, that is what Etsy is about, and the uniqueness of items will be the only definitive difference compared to other selling platforms.
