·2 years ago2023 was slow , my sales began to increase at the beginning of November, and December was my best month,I’m grateful and appreciate all the visitors to my shop, and the wonderful reviews that I received throughout the year. Thanks to Etsy for all the helpful hints that has helped small businesses like mine to thrive. Looking forward to a better year in 2024. Hope everyone has a great year

·3 years agoSince January 9th, 2023, I have my first order for my new shop, and my monthly revenue has been increasing, sales are also about to break in this month, more 5 star reviews, reached 1098 sales today, I was so happy, carry on the good work!

I got my star seller badge last week! I had been waiting for it for a while because I had been having some trouble with shipping. I have been selling on Etsy for about 14 years and am at 6, 714sales.

·3 years agoEtsy has closed my shop. I had my store for 4 years sold the same products. For some reason they targeted my store. I told them my production partners it didn't matter. Why did they wait 4 years to shut me down, after I invested all my time and money. Etsy is not a good company. 80 percent of products on etsy is not handmade.

·3 years agoI feel like my sales have been more consistant but I have not fully figured out how to master shipping costs. I have local deliveries and drop shipments, so I will not need tracking but I get "dinged" with shipping, regardless. I hope to master that "learning curve" soon. I got my "star seller" badge, so I want to work on my listings and create digital downloads, to mitigate my overhead and cost of doing business:)

·3 years agoETSY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT WITH a 4.5 seller rating - been selling for almost 1.5 years over 200k in sales now i lost everything … no explanation my items are my designs / not prohibited / not copyright infringement - also said something about my name ? I got married and I moved and forgot to update immediately is that really a reason to suspend my account ?? The only way i provide for my family 🤦

·3 years agoExpect the unexpected. The months July and August are tough months when it comes to sales. It makes me a bit nervous when I see all those persons who see/like my products but don't buy them. And then, suddenly I have sales again (unexpectedly expected!). Yes I know that I have to promote my shop and an guardian angel tells me to be patient.......Rick, relax.......sales will come.....and surely it does

That I've had alot of extra time to look for a job and discount all my products... I'm so excited to take a loss on the very few to none and very far between sales I get since my shop is in continuous sales mode. It's left me so much time for ACTIVITIES.. like depression, self doubt, picking and choosing which bills to pay each month and stocking up on ramen. Oh and the extra sleep I'm getting from a lack of self worth has been just amazing... and the continuous nightmares of being homeless and a slow starving death have been a total bonus.
13 years of being on Etsy, and things are the best they've ever been lately... keep up the incredible work your doing that's got all us sellers doing so absolutely wonderful on this platform.
