Hello everyone, I know, dear ones, that you are a force!! And I have a question for you, I will write it at the end of the message)) In the meantime, the good news is that there are already more than 80 sales in my store!! This is very cool for me, because I knit myself)) I also knitted a cool balaclava hat 2 in 1)) I'm proud of myself))But while I'm only wearing one, there is no order for it (The second news is not very good, that sales fell sharply in January, this is not so at all, apparently, I will not get a star seller. And here's what I wanted to ask: who also has no sales in January? Or am I the only one((

My shop took off in 2022 - and a little owl wreath earned us our first Bestseller - a goal I've had for awhile.

2021 was a nightmare personally with the stress of teaching online - hybrid - face to face with all the complications of COVID. But Etsy kept me sane as I retreated to my studio and I worked hard on my shop each evening and all weekend as a diversion from teaching and reached 7000 sales and Star Seller for January! I have decided my hobby will now be my full time passion.

Way to go! I just got 20 sales too. The buyers are coming "secretly", many days that nothing and then there is 2 sales in a one day🤷‍ I think i have been on Etsy like 6 months or so. Started with emotes and stickers. Then adding some little stuff like keychain and pins. And nowadays i make soy wax candles and soy wax melts. I have conrete too so maybe doing something with that also

Hello everyone.

I opened my shop in march and by December I made almost 3000 sales. In November and December orders came in nonstop. I'm truly surprised , amazed and blessed. Could not have dreamed of this. Good luck and best wishes everyone!!

I've loved and used Etsy since 2007. I'm so excited to be continuing into 2022 as I revamp my shop. My goal is to take my part time shop into a full time shop by 2023 year as I semi retire from my day job. I've also started a vintage podcast called RetroChalet: Living a Vintage Life, where I talk alot about my Etsy life and vintage collecting. I hope to interview other Etsians on the podcast and keep small business alive. I'm all about supporting others and keeping Etsy thriving.

it would be nice just to get a sale i started in 2020 and had a few listings had one buyer and they didnt leave a review and i shipped on time a tried to contact a few times to make sure they were satisfied not a word. 1 sale in two years

My milestone for Deecember 2021 is...I made my first sale! And, with a 5 stars review.
My goal for 2022 is to add new products, increase and have regular sales and improve the overall look of my shop!

I didn't pass my December sales in 2020. But I went way over my sales for 2019 which I'm happy about. What I am celebrating is a wonderful year! I have received more connections and positive responses this year than ever before on Etsy. Sales both on Etsy and off were very good. People have been heartwarming despite so much unrest and incredible sadness. I've come back from a heart attack, my family surviving Covid and cancer. I am so very thankful. Here's to a fantastic new year for all of us!

At the end of 2021, i finally got the star of a star seller!!!

My sales were 20% up from the year before.

I am very happy so I will try hard to increase my goals for the new year with hard work, new designs, and many smiling customers!!!!

Pink Tulip Quilting had an interesting year! Less visits but more sales! And bigger sales! My 2021 sales actually doubled over 2020. I just reviewed my inventory and assessed projects on the board for 2022. Pink Tulip Quilting will be making more bags and totes this year and also finishing some amazing quilts I designed! 2021 was my shop's first full year. I've only seen about 800 sales in 2021 which was far below my goal for the year.

I know that if I can get people to try my files that the quality will bring them back...it's getting those first sales.

Anyway, I'm trying to stay positive in 2022 and do my best!

As I look back on this post, it makes me look ungrateful for the sales that I've had. I am very thankful to all of the people that have found my shop and purchased design files from me.

I know it takes time to grow a small business, and it's only been a little over a year so maybe 800 sales isn't so bad. I just was aiming quite a bit higher.

After being on Etsy since 2007 and never being much of a goal setter (or hitter), a loss of my day job/financial situation required a change. I decided to ramp up my Etsy world of handmade jewelry and found Vintage. I combined my two shops into one. Got myself organized online and in my home, and set two goals; I would strive to sell one item/day and within that ... I'd also hit 1000 sales. In early December I hit 1000 sales and on December 27th, I made my 365th sale this year!! I'm over the moon! I'm still pondering next year's goals, so I'm just basking in the success from hard work for the remainder of 2021! Congratulations all on your successes and cheers to more to celebrate in 2022! I started my shop a year ago and really had no idea what to expect. Since November 2020, I have made 283 sales and received 109, 5 star reviews. I look forward to what 2022 will bring. It has been satisfying to get positive feedback from customers and have returning shoppers excited to share my products with their friends and family. Next year, I hope to continue to build my product line while learning how to balance my Etsy gig with the rest of my life.

I hit 50 sales tonight, almost exactly 3 months after opening! I also had my first repeat buyer last week. Very exciting!

In 2022, I plan to get to 3000 and have regular (planned ahead) sales/events as well as Etsy sponsored ones.

My milestones this year ( december was not so good )have been to be able to grow my store with many new ideas, but what has impressed me the most are the wonderful reviews that I have had from most of my clients, this makes me continue with great enthusiasm working in my store, creating art for everyone, sharing experiences in these forums and continuing to do what I like and am passionate about. My goal for next year is to be able to say that a dream is worth fighting for and that if you want something very strongly, you can get it. Congratulations to all the successful small businesses here on Etsy.

Well, I have mostly blah milestones---longest stretch without an online sale this period and will lose my star because of the $ minimum, but hey, still milestones! ha! I feel more positive than ever about my art business goals for 2022, though. I started my pounds and pounds of bloody-literally- glass cutting & I know it will do well in the spring sales & I'm going to do an unsellable giant sculptural mosaic, too, but I do hope it will be accepted to the botanical gardens sculptural exhibit come fall---that would be awesome. I'm also prepping 2 new oils for the spring show I'm hoping to get into (and have avoided entering the last few years), getting all my spring event apps in and even looking ahead to the summer ones, and getting nervous about the spring festival Ill be a part of with my crafts--- it's the biggest (and highest entry fee) of any I've ever done, so hoping it is a good decision to go for it! As for etsy, I am letting it lay low for awhile since it seems pretty slow for me right now and I have a ton of prep for spring events to do, anyway. I hope it will be a good time to revamp & list new stuff come the new year, but if not, I still feel like 2022 is going to be a very important year for my art & my business, one full of changes, for better or worse and etsy, even if my 'best' etsy time I ever will have is behind me, has been really worth it in 2021, so I don't feel bad about where it stands now. 2022 is going to be big! Congrats to all on your achievements!

I've hit 40 sales and wishing for 2022 to bring me 100 sales

I've started my shop back in 2017 with 2 or 3 items in my shop. But i didn't really had the time for it. This summer I took this back up and it's giving results! So excited for 2022!

For what its Worth, I hit (my) goal of 100 sales within my 1st year! From the first sale to the 36th, 63rd or 88th - the excitement of getting a sale never gets old. Slow or fast, 'steady wins the race.' Best of luck to all ETSY'ers in 2022 and beyond.

A customer just ordered 5 products from my shop (the most in one order I've ever received) I screamed when I saw the notification, I was so happy. When someone purchases from Etsy, they support a real person with a dream. I'm so grateful

Last year I decided to start a second etsy shop, which has close to 350 sales already. My 3500th sale just happened in my first shop of almost 12 years. The best part for me are the customers who've become friends over the years as well as the touching feedback and emails received from customers who bought something that brought them joy, peace, healing, etc.

I know it's not even really a milestone. But after years of my family telling me that I wasn't allowed to think with my right brain, I finally opened my Etsy Shop. I know that I need to stay persistent with it and not give up. That's the best way to success. But, if anyone else has any tips I'm all ears.

I hit 902 sales this year, but most importantly I was able to change my my sales from 80% in Nov/Dec to a more leveled-out pattern throughout the year. For 2020 I would like to increase sales by 20%.

Ciao! I've been on Etsy since 2010 and I ship from Italy. 2021 was a good year, for me, I was very happy ... then the orders from US got stuck, I was very sad, still sad about it.
But I accepted, and this is what I want to share with you !!!, to make a tapestry on commission, a new job for me, challenging but really fantastic.
It filled me with joy and energy!
So in 2022, don't be afraid to face changes and novelties ... they bring energy and creativity! A smile for all of you and for Etsy.

Abri esta tienda en 2018 sin ninguna idea ed lo que hacia, asi que la deje en pausa. Fue en octubre de 2021 que comencé a compartir mis creaciones y a aprender de estos foros leyendo consejos compartidos por otros vendedores. Almost to 3,000 sales for my invention from July 2019 to now! Definitely over 3,000 if I were to include sales from my website and pieces sold in person. I don't think that's too bad considering it is a seasonal item. I am now listed on Google for Business, have own website (connected to Etsy as I'm not very computer savvy but learning).

I went for branding my item so although I have many infringers with my photos, text, and videos, WHEN it goes through with the USPTO, I will be able to after all of them and have them shut down. I know I can do it now, but this will give me more clout. Same goes for counterfeiters.

My goal is to have 5,000 sales by December 2022
