Christmas lead up
Hi everyone,
The busy Christmas lead up is nearly upon us and I thought it would be a really useful thread to have to talk about how we are all managing, chat through any difficulties we are having with orders going out/ Christmas post/customer service replies etc and also chat about what we can do to make life easier in those busy months.
Would be lovely to start off by hearing what your Christmas prep is looking like. Are you just starting to prep, have got everything ready to go or haven't even considered Christmas yet?!

·1 week agoI always struggle with xmas prep!
I have miraculously painted some wooden decorations a few months ago, but I'm very behind on everything else so might just do a tiny bit and call it a day! Every December I realise I haven't done much and promise myself to start for the next year in January haha
I would love any tips for what is doable right now for this Christmas if you have any ideas for quick wins.
I want to print my existing Xmas card design (but I currently only have one). Not sure what else might work well on a short deadline or how to approach it.

OP4 days agoHey :)
Great to see you on here!
I can totally relate to feeling behind on things and then rushing to try and release items and it feeling a bit overwhelming!! We are pretty organised this year but I always feel there is more I could have done.
My advice would be to focus on what you do have listed and work on really marketing that over rushing to release lots of new items. Do things like schedule in social media posts, have everything prepared for packaging like boxes and bits like that, check over your listings and make tweaks and changes and do anything you can to make life easier for November/December now.

·4 days agoHey Rachel! That's such good tips, thank you!
Smart idea with scheduling social posts over stressing over new products.
I am doing a small shop update but I'd be doing it regardless of what time of year it was. I'll see how prioritising current products worked out but it will surely be less work and I already know which products are popular.
