Information from mixed media artists needed on cancellations and refunds please
Hi to all mixed media artists,
Do you accept cancellations and what is your stance on issuing refunds, please?
I've set up my shop policies but so far have only got 1 sale after opening my shop in 2021 (the biggest waste of time ever).
I thought I'd give it one last shot over Christmas after revising my shop policies.
