Every once in awhile I get a customer who basically wants me to be their "interior decorator" -- they send me messages with pics of their homes asking for my advice on how to decorate. Worse case scenario I waste a lot of time and get no sale out of it. Usually it falls somewhere in between. I had a customer spend a lot in my store -- but they messaged me about 75 times in 3 weeks. While I don't want to flat out tell customers "sorry, I do not provide consulting services" I also feel my time is valuable and I also know interior decorators (which I am not) get paid a lot on retainer. Has anyone else had this experience, and if so, how have you dealt with it?Thanks in advance,Jillian
