·9 months agoHı, every one. About one year I did'nt develop my store, before we played Favaton, now I cant find Favaton and another Etsy Teams, plesw explain me wt happened?

"If you are a 'retailer' selling your products in the European Economic Area (EEA) states or Northern Ireland (IN), you may need to include manufacturing and safety information in your listings after December 13, 2024, to comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). You may also be required to stop selling in these states."

OP9 months agoThe GPSR rules only apply to Europe. So, it can impact your sales to those regions, but not in North America and other areas.
And here is some information to help your shop with those settings:
The GPSR settings on Etsy are found in your Shop Manager > Settings > Options where you can choose whether to opt out of selling to countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Northern Ireland (NI). For sellers who continue to sell to these regions, it is mandatory to provide the contact information of an "economic operator" (such as a representative) for their products in Shop Manager > Settings > Partners you work with.
How to find and use the GPSR settings
Locate the settings: Navigate to your Shop Manager on Etsy.com, click on Settings, and then select Options.
Opt-out option: Scroll down to the "Choose how you sell to GPSR states" section. Here you can choose to opt out of selling physical and/or digital items to the EEA and NI. If you opt out, buyers in those regions will not be able to purchase from your shop.
Save your changes: After making your selections, click "Save".
For sellers who continue to sell to the EEA/NI
Add Economic Operator details: If you choose to continue selling to the EEA and NI, you must provide the contact information for a responsible person or company.
Go to the Partners section: In your Shop Manager, go to Settings, then Partners you work with.
Add your Economic Operator: Click "Add economic operator" and enter the name, EU address, and contact information of your authorized representative. This information is then displayed on your product listings.
Save your changes: Click "Save operator".

·9 months agoI think I understand a little better now. Do you have a "Partner"? Do you sell in Europe? In my shop, I've selected the option to sell worldwide, but I don't have a "Partner." Is Etsy penalizing me?

OP9 months agoI do have a "partner" for my prints. They have printing facilities in Europe and Asia and handle all the details for production and shipping. But, I don't have a "partner" for my original pieces. I sell worldwide without any penalty

OP9 months agoUnder "listings" on the left sidebar. Open an item, go to "Details" and open "Core details" and you will see "partners" at the bottom

Hello,
For the last 2-3 days, I cannot access the Art Team page on Etsy.
I used to participate in team activities regularly, but the menu and Team page are no longer visible.
Could you please check and enable my access again?

OP10 months agoThe ART Team is now here! You found us. Etsy has "upgraded" Teams and this is our new location. The old page has been deleted.
