For my listing published on January 31st, my notifications show that only six people have added it to their favorites. However, I don't believe that only six people have done so. More people must be viewing and favoriting it, but some of these interactions are not being reflected in my notifications.
A great example of this is my friend Hikmet, the owner of the ArtisanAccentsHome shop. He is also playing in this team. When my friend Hikmet favorites the products in my listing, I never receive any notification. But I know him very well and completely trust his honesty. We have discussed this issue privately and are both aware of it.
I also wonder if the same thing happens when I favorite other shops' products—maybe my favorites are not being reflected to other shop owners either. This could also be related to the issue where public settings automatically switch to private; I’m not sure.
The only thing I am sure of is that I join the team game every day and, without exception, I add everyone's shared listings to my favorites. You can check my favorites page to confirm this. Throughout the day, I try to manually switch my shop’s favorite settings back to public as often as possible.
By the way, thank you so much for your kind sharing, KypmdShop. I will try it too.

I switched BOTH switches (items and shops) to private and saved. Then I switched BOTH switches to public and saved. It hasn't switched back to private since.
Try it, maybe it will work for you too.
