Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with Etsy Support
I have a customer saying their account was charged 3 times and they want me to refund them, but I only got one payment. Does anyone know of a way to reach an actual person? If not, I think I will close my shop here. That is unacceptable to me. I have an unhappy customer and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it?
