Do reviews affect search results?
Good afternoon, I have a lot of questions, but I'll start with the first one. How does a positive review, or several, affect further search results and does it affect it at all? And how does a negative review affect? The question is related to the fact that a 1-star review was written to me, the customer, in the heat of the moment and not figuring out that the postal service was to blame, put a negative review, after which I answered him, we talked, and he realized that he was wrong. Later, without waiting for his first order, he ordered three more items from my store, for almost $ 800, received his orders and left three, already 5 star reviews at once. Will these 3 reviews cover one of his 1 star negative reviews? Thanks in advance everyone.
