customs control
Hello
I need advice please, I live in Germany and I was sending a lithograph to the USA. It happened to me for the first time that it has been in customs equipment since November 24th until now, my customer is angry, but it is not my fault, I told him to contact the shipping company USPS, why does he have the package until today, there is no way that it passed customs control for a long time. I always stick the Invoice on top of the package, just for customs control, so did you have the same problem?
