Hey everyone,
Today, we’re excited to share the launch of our new custom options fields. Offering personalization on your listings is all about crafting meaningful items that make lasting memories for your buyers, but we know that getting those details from buyers can be challenging.
With the new custom options fields, you can add up to five fields per listing to capture text, options, and file uploads to help streamline personalized orders even more.
Built with feedback from our seller community, these fields help you capture clearer, more complete order details upfront. And sellers are already seeing the impact: Listings with new custom options fields help move orders from purchase to shipment faster, so you can stay on track without extra follow-ups.*
To get started, add one or two fields to a listing and start collecting the details you need right away.
