Hello, everyone! I’m Vero and I have the joy of leading Etsy’s Community Engagement and Education team.
When we kicked off the year, we made a commitment to invest more deeply in the Etsy community — and we meant it. Earlier this year, we provided a preview of exciting changes coming your way, and today I’m thrilled to share that we’re launching a brand new Community Hub the week of October 20th!
We’ve been listening closely to your feedback and working behind the scenes to build a modern, intuitive space that is designed to help sellers connect, learn, and grow with greater ease. This new Hub brings together Forums, Teams, educational resources, events, and more — all in one place.
What’s coming:
- Refreshed Forums with new ways to engage, react to content, earn badges and recognition, and quickly discover conversations by topic.
- New homepage highlighting the latest announcements and trending discussions right when you log in.
- AI-powered search that pulls up the most relevant community discussions and resources, including Seller Handbook and Help Center content—all in one place.
- Insights & Education hub with resources, tips, event replays, and Etsy Success content, plus the ability to RSVP and add events directly to your calendar.
- Upgraded Teams redesigned to be more functional and collaborative with category-based, location-based, and topic-based groups to join (or start your own!). Learn more details here.

As part of this launch, we’ll be migrating existing Community and Forums content into the new system. Please note that the current Forums experience will be temporarily unavailable starting October 15, while we complete the migration.
We’ll share reminders and updates on this thread, so you know exactly what to expect as we get closer to launch. Until then, thank you for your patience as we fine-tune and transition to the new Hub. We can’t wait for you to experience all it has to offer—built with you in mind and inspired by your passion. We’re so grateful for everything you do to make this community so special.

Hello, everyone!
I’m back with more details on what to expect as we get closer to launching the new Community Hub.
Beginning October 15, the current Community space (community.etsy.com) will temporarily shift to read-only mode while we migrate existing content and make sure everything is ready in the new experience. During this read-only period, you’ll still be able to browse the Forums, but you won’t be able to post new content. This process will not impact other seller resources like the Seller Handbook, Help Center or Etsy Support.
The new Community Hub officially launches on October 23! On that day, community.etsy.com will be redirecting to the new experience. Not everyone will have access right away–we’ll be rolling it out gradually throughout the day to ensure a smooth transition (so if you don’t see the new Hub right away, check back a bit later!). To access the new space, you’ll log in using your Etsy seller log in credentials, just as you do today. Once you are in, you'll discover refreshed Forums, upgraded Teams, and a new Education and Insights space.
