Join us for A Dorset Christmas Makers Market, a festive two-day event celebrating local makers, artists and creative small businesses who are part of the Dorset Team.

Brought together by Dorset Team and The Tank Museum, this event features over 130 high-quality local stalls from makers and creatives across Dorset and the surrounding area. You’ll find a carefully curated mix of independent crafts, art, jewellery, textiles, homewares, gifts, festive decorations and more — perfect for Christmas shopping and supporting small businesses, all set within the museum space.

The Dorset Team is a community of makers, artists and creative small businesses from across Dorset and the surrounding area. Our events are all about celebrating independent creativity, bringing together talented local traders and giving visitors the chance to shop directly from the people who make, design and create their products. It’s a wonderful way to discover something unique, support small businesses and find gifts with a story behind them.

Alongside the makers market, visitors can enjoy a full Christmassy day out at The Tank Museum, with live entertainment, festive food and drink, a Christmas trail for children and the chance to see Santa.
