I've been in touch with Etsy support over this but there is nothing they can do to help, I'm being referred to write here instead.
I've held my Star Seller badge for a year and a half, no issues at all with rating, messages and on time shipping and tracking. This month I lose my Star Seller Badge as the shipping and tracking has dropped down to 74% out of nowhere. It is saying that 97 orders are missing processing times because somehow my buyers were able to choose a different shipping profile when checking out. I only have one active shipping profile, for all my listings, and it has been the same since when I started. I've made no changes in shipping profiles in the last month.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm so disappointed to lose my Star Badge!

Etsy has never explained how we could have missing processing times when we can't publish a listing without it. Would love to know the answer to this one as I got caught in it a couple of years ago.
Somehow the system loses them and we get the blame for it.
This is now happening to me too.
