Hi, We are other Sellers here. You said you wrote Etsy 25 times due to them putting your Shop on Vacation. When you start a new Ticket, it pushes you to the back of the line. It's best to Reply "I still need help," to the first Response only (if Etsy doesn't address your problem).
Wish I could help further, but this is a prime example why Etsy needs 24/7 knowledgeable Support for anything Shop/financial/Hacked, etc. related issues.
