I have a "help request" from a customer.
When I click to open the message, it shows up totally blank, but before I open it I can see the beginning of a question in the preview.

Are you by chance using the Seller's App? If so, try a browser instead. (I use Chrome on Windows 10, desktop computer). And if your are using a browser, you could switch to a different browser; as well as clear cache, cookies, and reboot your modem.

I am using edge, I have not changed anything and it is only happening with a few customers.

@NeatOThings if it's a "help request" that means it's a previous Buyer - you should be able to go to their order, cluck to open the full receipt, then click to "read full conversation."
Otherwise, if it's a first-time message, the apps seem to be working fine.
@OregonJewelryGarden: If you receive eMail copies of Messages sent to you, you can see it there as long as your eMail client allows you to view the raw content. While the Message to you is hidden in the HTML view, it is still embedded in the eMail itself.
