Based on what we are seeing, there seems to be an 'adjustment' of which time zone and the calculation formula they are using. On one day (and all the listings use the exact same shipping profile) orders before 11pm CST had one ship by date, orders between 11pm and midnight had a different (+1 day) ship by date which in this case was a Sunday. Orders after midnight CST were then showing a third ship by date.
