The option for selecting Calculated Shipping is no longer available when I want to create a new shipping profile. There is just a long list of shipping services to select and nothing for Calculated Shipping.
@CreativePapertrails it looks like you already have calculated shipping on some items - so you must already have a shipping profile. Can you not apply the existing one to new listings? The easiest thing - for me - is to copy an existing listing, and change what is pertinent - but then, I sell basically the same type of thing.
Yes, that is correct. I do have calculated shipping on items I have previously listed but when attempting to list a 'new item' yesterday, the calculated shipping option no longer exists.
To follow-up. Etsy support confirmed that the option no longer was available for my shop and had to refresh my shop to make the option available once again.
That's what I used to see until yesterday. That "calculate them for me" box is no longer showing for me. So frustrating. Only options I am now getting are just the long list of shipping options to select without the calculated one. Trying to reach Etsy support is impossible.
Shipping option and then to the right +Create option. Click on that. The box opens up for Etsy calculate it for me which is only the beginning of calculated shipping and not calculated shipping.
